Seriously, I am depressed ALL. THE. TIME. Everyday, except for those occasional moments that last for a few hours where I'm high as a f**king kite. :crap: :numb:
I WANT TO CHANGE.
I have to change...I'm sick of being miserable for really, no reason.
I think my life needs an overhaul of sorts.
I can't be staying up the way I do. I need to go to bed earlier and get up earlier.
I don't want to worry anymore.........
Help

I can't seem to pull myself out of it anymore, everything feels hopeless I understand how you feel. Have you considered therapy or medication? Depression isn't always something you can just "snap out of" on your own.

I have, but I can't afford to see a doctor. I don't have any health insurance...
And I was on Paxil and had a terrible reaction to it, I think I was misdiagnosed.

And I was on Paxil and had a terrible reaction to it, I think I was misdiagnosed. go to your campus health services, they usually give one free session, and tell all this, including the part about the lack of health insurance to the psychologist. they may have some ideas as to what you can do. I'm really surprised, though, that your school doesn't require you to have health insurance to be a full time student. mine did, it was a way of covering their asses!

Also, some therapists will adjust their rates and put you on a payment plan if you don't have insurance. One of mine (yes, I have two) is doing that because I don't have coverage for his services). I just pay what I can at each visit.
