guacamole is da best!! anyone know how to make it from scratch? we got avocados here (abacate) but I have not a clue on what they put with it to turn it into guacamole and nope..... no guacamole in brazil I love guacamole!! here's an easy recipe, sista! 2 ripe avocados 1 small onion 1 clove garlic 1 small tomato 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice (or juice of 1 fresh lime) salt and pepper to taste
Peel avocados and remove the pit Peel and mince the onion and the garlic
Chop the tomato.
Mash the avocado in a bowl and then stir in the remaining ingredients
cover the bowl and put it in the fridge. If you give it about an hour, the garlic will seep through and blend the flavors together
I usually buy an instant mix you just add to the avocados though :giggle:
