I really hope that she'll surprise us and include a few raw edgy songs in this one. She's always had a knack of wrapping sharp lyrics up in cosy melodies. ..."Boy you best pray that I bleed real soon, how's that thought for you..." Nuff said.  |

i think one of her most poetic lines is
we scream in cathedrals
why can't that be beautiful
yet, screaming in cathedrals visions the act of inharmonious grace. yet tori sings with melody and harmony. i would like her to scream in some cathedrals literally and metaphorically. but i fear that is not who she is anymore.

wow I agree with you all....except..we seem to be forgetting we have only heard 1 and a half songs out of 19 on this album so think of it this way...if we only heard Mr. Zebra and twinkle from pele first I wouldnt be all that jazzed either.. I love those songs but they aren't quite as intense as the rest ... I was so thrilled to hear a sorta fairytale then really didnt like the rest of the album except 3 other songs so who knows....all I know is thankgod she hasnt stopped making music yet  ...Having said that , I really agree with the whole need to hear edgier stuff I said that back when WTSF came out . I'll be fine aslong as its not another SW argh No More Scarlety stuff d**nit!......unless its like dont make me come to vegas or taxi ride, or a sorta fairytale
