yeah, exeem is not cross platform (yet), and if it takes off, it will be. only thing, it has been in beta testing for months now. i am glad they are working steady on it, but it is not mac capable yet. as for bit torrents, they are fading quickly. the mirror of suprnova that ppc gave me isn't even working anymore. suprnova, isohunt, and all the big ones are gone or going (aside from empornium - i don't think it will go anywhere).
however, drusiph to the rescue for my bit torrent fanatics out there. i will be posting a link to a page that is ALSO a bit torrent tracker. it is actually for other purposes, but it works pretty good. i can't give it out just this second because i lost the note i had it on.HAHAHAHAHAH a geek friend of mine hooked me up with it last night. i believe it is really part of an irc network, but has a bit torrent tracker similar to suprnova (only not lists, just searches).

I just d/l a movie 2 days ago! yeah, torrentreactor is still working, and so are a few others actually. some of which you gotta sign up for, but places like those don't have as many seeders and leechers (aside from empornium - it has like a couple hundred thousand users). i have been using torrentreactor for a long time, but it is no suprnova. i guess those days are over. i was sad to see isohunt quit working. it was a great search engine for torrents. |
