he also said that the tour guide took them through someofthe hash bars and the red light district, but that it wasn't as huge as he thought it would be, and it was pretty much just used by tourists... although he did bring back some menus for his friends... ;D and a pair of wooden shoes for ava!
cool! coffee shop/hash bar menus? yeah, the red light district is mainly a tourist attraction now....I think my fave place in A'dam is the Blue Teahouse in the Vondel Park (pronounced as Fondle Park
)....it's always so friggin' crowded though when the weather is nice
