Can I say f**k on Proboards? Ah f**kit.

So I was walking home from the Post Office earlier today with a package. It was a package I bought off e-bay and I was giggling with excitement, it was a bargain at only £2 and I'd got it.

But halfway back I realised:
a) I'd just bought a 12" vinyl record
b) I don't have a record player and haven't owned one for a decade
c) It's a 12" Vinyl record of 'Ooh stick you' (with remixes) by millenium chipmunk popsters Daphne and Celeste.

I can see at least three things wrong with this setup can't you?

But like I said, f**kit. I don't have to conform to other people's standards, or even my own! If I want to buy crappy kiddie pop trash then by golly that's what I'll do! Besides, I've always sorta fancied the Daphne chick, and I have an amazing amount of respect for them after their appearance at the Reading festival over here. (where they actually set a standard of crapness that's still talked about even now) So what the hell?

So there you go, I'm sorry to admit I'm not as suave as you all think!

I'm glad I've got that off my chest. Now, does anyone else have something else they need to confess? I've got a bible handy to swear on! ;D

holy nuts, in summer '03 (actually it was the day of the Tori concert in T.O. - august 13th baby) me, chris, and sarah went to sugar mountain and she bought some of that cyndi lauper gum... well, she ate it, not reading that it was, like, just supposed to be a collector's item... haha... she was like... "odd... this tastes... stale..."

hahaha.

then some university student had chris do a survey on oral care. *snort* that was a strange day.
