I feel sooo drained tonight.

SlimFast...
Milkshake for breakfast, cereal bar for lunch. 'Balanced meal' of less than 600 calories for tea.
Up to 2 snacks of up to 100 calories in between.
I'm hungry again.

How can a meal be 'balanced' if you still feel hungry? Surely the human body is capable of knowing when it's on an even keel? If I'm hungry, I eat. I know there's a 15min delay between pushing food down myself until my brain registers that it's been fed, so why rush? Surely taking your time is the most effective way to gain all the energy your body needs
