I miss the old days a lot. and I know times change and all that bs, but man, they went sour. I do love lots of people over there, hell, Ive never had personal probs with either anjhest or paperflowers, and I used to enjoy talking to them in the past, but that doesnt mean I like the way things were taken over and ran there. I felt the same way as sugarmum did when witchy was in charge, but looking back, it was way better, a lot more group orientated, the way it was LEFT TO BE. Like I said before, I barely skim the threads now, looking to the people who I know post stuff of interest, and I usually leave at that. I know Im rambling now, but you guys get me. I get you.

As far as I am concerned, when TC and Breschau were behind the shiny curtain, that was a golden age over there. You guys were amazing!
Alot was lost over there, but I can honestly say that I enjoy being a Holie, and wouldn't go back for anything.
I will say once again though, that I miss Lotte. I wonder where she is?
Oh, and while were on the topic of the Pool.....Toriguy is a f**kin' tool!

cause I remember BR (if I remember that correctly) telling me I was a control freak you remember correctly perhaps I mistook your attention to detail, and stiriving to keep the forum running like a well oiled machine as being a control freak.....however, you were NOTHING like any of the mods (or the admin) that are there now you never once abused your privliges.......you just wanted to meep proper maintence if I had hurt your feelings, I apologize |

It's refreshing when people tell you stuff like that, it makes you think and wonder and even realize that maybe you can losen up a little bit. Of course it's a shocker at first, it's never lovely to hear someone saying stuff like that about you (well, that's how I feel about it anyway). But there's a truth in everything. |

well, to be honest, i didn't like the way you (witchy) ran things at the pool. i will also say that it was much better than it is now, but that doesn't negate me disliking how you ran things either. BUT...nothing's perfect. however, that's a good thing. so perhaps you ran it fine (or as you saw fit). i will say that you never kicked me out or even threatened to kick me out. you DID talk to me like i was a little kid once in a p/m. that kinda bugged me. but other than that, i got a long with you pretty well (unless pele and i were fighting - you always took her side - regardless of how silly her side might have been). and i gotta be honest, i do miss pele a little. she should come here. though i got a feeling she does and just lurks or posts under a different name as a guest.

Anjhest has been made a mod by PF, so what? Did anyone die? Did it get in the way of your lives? I honestly cannot understand why it is such a big deal to some of you here.... |

do you honestly think i care if i hurt paperflower's feeling? i think the facts show that hurting her feelings is what i want to do when i say mean things about her. i know she either sees them or hears about them. she kicked me out of a place that wasn't hers to kick me out of. if i hurt her feelings just one time, then good for me. i hope it effects her in deep psychological ways.
the REASON it is a big deal is BECAUSE anjhest can't be moderate. it is not what she is. is like asking me to be a "cultured animal". i can't do it and i won't. she can't be moderate, and i can't be what most people would call "civil". it is against the grain of what we are. and the fact that many of the people here built the pool, well, that kinda makes it somewhat important to many. i don't care about the pool, but i do care about f**king with paperflowers. the pool should be given back to tc.

The way I see it, there are two things you ("you" as in a general "you") can do: dwell on it and moan about the things you don't agree with, OR get on with your life... and I think a lot of us have chosen the latter, and really don't care whether Anjhest is a mod or not. I think the Pool has proven that it's not really resistant against differences of opinion on some levels, and I think therefore many people chose to just shrug and move on. Which is, in my opinion, the best way to go about an internet message board. |

i believe everyone here has gotten on with their lives. to be honest, that is impossible not to do. no one here dwells on the pool. in fact, i only think about it when something like this comes up. most of us here are members of another board. some here aren't members of that board. that board was started before i as banned from the pool and before the others were banned or left.
however, the "right to complain" is fine. anyone here can pregnant dog and moan about anyone or anything they want to, and the pool fits the definition of an "anything" and paperflowers and anjhest fit the definiton (BARELY) of "anyones". if you do or don't see it that way doesn't really matter. if you (and i mean you - not a genearl "you") don't see it that way though, then you will have some problems understanding how people can complain and still have "moved on".
the US invaded iraq. it has happened. i can still complain about it. i can't do anything about it, but i can certainly complain all i want. no one has to listen, but some will. i have "moved on", but that doesn't negate me from complaining about it. anytime someone gives me an "either/or" scenario like you did, i can certainly find ways to give other choices to choose from. and there is always a third choice in a choice of 2, "choose not to choose". i have moved on, and so has pretty much everyone, and we will still complain. it is a choice not to choose between your two ultimatums.
lotte gave the pool to tc. tc entrusted it to that little brat from sweden (didn't G I V E mind you) and then the little brat gave it to the idiot. all the time the brat had the pool, the password remained the same. tc could log in if she wanted to. HOWEVER, when paperflowers got her filthy paws on it, she changed the password so tc couldn't get in anymore. so, giving it back to tc is an option. it is not impossible. and if you don't believe that story, you can ask tc yourself. i remember tc jumped in and saved the pool from a troll attack. that was after paperflowers had the pool. after that, paperflowers changed the password and won't let tc have it. tc should be given the password and paperflowers should be fed to sharks. though i did once read that sharks are not real fond of rotten meat, so perhaps she should be fed to catfish. they're bottom feeders. they'll pretty much eat anything.
