I made turkey and gravy and mashed potatoes and carrots and yorkshire puddings everybody said it was delicious.  mumma done good tonight. |

 it's almost like a pancake batter... but you cook em in hot fat in the oven at like..450 degrees...in little muffin tins.... the poof right up, then they shrivel down again quick... you put gravy on'em....I've heard some people call them popovers usually you eat 'em with roast beef... |

My nana used to just make them as a big....... sorta... slab? lol, I dunno.

help me out here cuz I'm confused is it bread or pudding  it is almost a bread once it's cooked...I think the name refers to the batter which is pudding-ish before you cook it. |

Try dipping raw carrot sticks into salsa... sounds gross but it's not.
