When I had my American exchange person over here she'd never had yorkshire puddings or heard of them... and she's constantly asking for the recipe but can't make them properly!

When I had my American exchange person over here she'd never had yorkshire puddings or heard of them... and she's constantly asking for the recipe but can't make them properly! cup o flour cup of milk 2 eggs salt & pepper what could be easier? it's the trick of pouring oil into each of those little muffin cups, and getting it scorching hot, without burning it, then pouring the batter in so it sizzes that is the secret. They you get big poofy puddies. *my mummy is English
