Just downloaded and watched them, I have this horrible feeling that they'll turn up as the meat of the DVD on the Special Edition which I've just preordered... I hope there're going to be more than just these morsels on it.

But whilst watching the clips something was nagging at me. Doesn't it seem like she desperately trying to justify the existence of these new songs? On the previous albums she seemed so full of effortless enthusiasm when giving interviews, the songs spoke for themselves, we got them and they meant something to us, they were her children and you could tell that they were crafted exquisitely and she loved every one of them.

But this time it seems like she's deliberately trying to create backstories to give them some legitimacy, having to have the songs explained to us and what they mean to her before I 'get' it doesn't seem like the Tori I used to know. Maybe it's because she has a real child now, maybe it's because she's blissfully happy these days, who knows.

Hmm, like I said, maybe it's just me
