No Kidding! thanks for that Kisses M xx
I'm not bitter or mad or anything like that, I was just wondering ..but think I might avoid a board that is not very welcoming to the 'outer circle'.......all sounds a little angry!

The Beekeeper isn't a bad album, the more I listen to it the more it grows on me. The trouble is most of us here remember how utterly amazing Tori used to be. The 'holy trinity' of LE, UtP and BfP are from a time when she didn't just shape the genre, she was the genre.
If we're critical it's because we know how absolutely, astonishingly original and lyrical she can be. Painting pictures in song that far outshine any painting. To see her sell herself short by succumbing to middle-of-the-road-itis is just a bit difficult to adjust to, despite her having an almost infinite well of stored goodwill.
I'm not going to stop being a massive fan just because she puts out an album that's a little so-so. But give us time to grow on you, we're not bad, just passionate about what we believe in ;D

Nobody is angry toward an "outer circle." We just come here to hang out and talk. We like Tori, that doesn't mean we can't be critical of her. She is just a person. Anyway, welcome btw, I've never seen you before. :giggle:

I love the beekeeper!! :hazy: It did take a lil to grow on me, but I have been listening to it since I downloaded it. I'd say I was hooked after the first week :giggle: I am yet to buy it because I want the SPECIAL EDITION (it's not limited you guys it's special ;D) but I don't want to import because of the retard import taxes that I have to pay.
I'm from Brazil by the way

as a whole, I dont like the album, but I do like a few songs. Marys of the Sea happens to be one of them. Its a great song! Sounds like tori there playing the piano! :nana: I also like Ribbons, the Beekeeper and Barons of Suburbia. Im just real sad that I have come to the realization that she will never again make music like BFP or UTP. :bfp: :pink:
